I am not going to lie to you guys (my posts reader) something about me that I think I should share it with you guys. Because I think you guys should know better and aware about this kind of thing. Maybe some of you guys had been suffering from 'depression". Its okay to say yes and admit it. Just let it out, everything. Don't keep it to yourself. I know you need someone to talk with and to listen all of your problems.

My friends, I just want you to know that you are not the only one had been suffering from depression attack. Yes, I have been there before. It is just so sad when people nowadays keep saying depression is just a normal thing, its happen to everyone. Yes, maybe it is but some people are not okay with it. Don't think like everything seems so solve-able in your eyes because you don't know what they been through in their life.

Since I was a child, I was raised in a very ordinary family. My parents worked so hard to make sure me and my sibling get to receive a very good education. But the highlight here is my dad. My dad is a strict kind of person. I always wanted to be like the rest of my friends because they had been given a lot of space and freedom. But I learned to accept 'NO' since I was a child. There is a time when I was too stubborn, I think at that time, I still in my primary school (still figuring out thing), my dad will hit me with a rattan. I cried and I screamed because it was so painful.

Since that happened I used to be so silent. I always cried and I was so afraid with my dad. Even though my dad always said "I am so sorry, I had to rattan you because you're so stubborn. I love you" while applying some ointments on my swollen skin, but I always afraid of him. After that I couldn't even sleep at night, couldn't eat properly and I can't even focus on my studies. There is a time when I sweating a lot even tho its cold and all I did was sitting on my chair. This continues until I was in my high school.

One day, I almost fainted in my school and my parents took me to the hospital. That day when I realized that I had been suffering from depression attack and my parents were shocked. Since that day, my strict dad started to appreciate little things that I did for him, he started to give me some space and so on. He keep monitoring my diet and eating schedule.

Ever since then, I realized that I am happy. But the fact that I had been suffering from depression attack, I will never forget that and please! If anyone of you suffering from depression attack, you can always talk to me. Don't worry, I'm friendly and I can be your friend, I will listen to you.
For those who don't really aware about depression attack, it is a common and serious medical illness that negatively affects how you feel, the way you think and how you act. Fortunately, it is also treatable. Depression causes feelings of sadness or a loss of interest in any activities.

Here is how you can treat depression naturally and it just a simple treatment.

1. Set your life vision and mission.
2. Practice your healthy lifestyle.
3. Eat clean.
4. Exercise.
5. Drink a lot of water.
6. Get an enough beauty sleep.
7. Don't challenge yourself with negative thoughts.
8. Try to have some fun.
9. Go get some massage.

As strange as it might sound, you have to work at having fun. Plan things you used to enjoy, even if they feel like a chore. Keep going to the movies. Keep going out with friends for dinner.
When you're depressed, you can lose the knack for enjoying life, Cook says. You have to relearn how to do it. In time, fun things really will feel fun again.
Again, If you need someone to talk with, you can always talk to me. Love you!
